COACHING APPROACH
The first couple of sessions offer a meet and greet and the opportunity to chat through your expectations and set a coaching goal. From there we will challenge any limiting thoughts or behaviours that may be getting in the way of your personal or professional development. The process then unfolds quite organically as new insights and experiences come to life and you begin to find greater clarity and confidence.
Developing new and more empowering habits requires some work on your part which includes self-observations, daily practices and exercises that will help you embody the change (head, heart and body). At the end of each session we will agree a focus for follow up and pick up on this at the next session.

HOW WE WORK
The coaching is online, we meet via Teams or Zoom.
The sessions are 1 hour long, scheduled every week or second week. This allows time for follow up work and maintains a steady momentum. Clients generally commit to an average of 10 sessions- more or less.
Fees are variable determined by: coaching programme design, additional resources e.g. psychometric tests, individual or group, location (outside CAT).
*10% of a 10 session package contributes to a sponsorship programme to fund individuals unable to afford coaching support (T’s &C’s apply).
YOUR COACH
Belinda works with professionals and leaders in transition- to clarify priorities, work through decisions, and move forward with direction and confidence.
This often includes clients stepping into leadership roles, navigating increased responsibility, and rethinking how they show up and lead- as well as working through patterns of thinking that may be getting in the way.
The approach is practical and conversational, leading to stronger ownership in day-to-day leadership.
Belinda brings over 20 years’ experience in the development sector, with a background in social innovation, facilitation, and programme design. She has worked across government, corporate, and civil society organisations.
She previously served as CEO of Starfish Greathearts Foundation, where she led organisational development and team wellbeing initiatives.
She holds a BA Honours in Psychology and has completed accredited coach training through the Centre for Coaching at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business, aligned with International Coach Federation (ICF) standards.
